Extended Warranty Products

If the consumer claims within the first 6 months from the date of purchase, the seller must organize and pay for the cause of the breakdown, and later the guilty party. Under the additional guarantee, this obligation is assumed by the KOMFORT store - from the first day until the end of the extended guarantee.

If the broken product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new one. If an identical product is no longer on sale, the store reserves the right to choose a replacement product that is similar in function and characteristics.

The standard warranty for a legal entity is 6 months. When making a purchase for a legal entity, you can use the extended warranty service only if the product will be used in a domestic environment. See detailed information: Extended Warranty Terms

Laiendatud garantiiaeg ei kehti juhul:

1. kui oled ostetud kaupa kasutanud intensiivselt(rohkem kui 8 tundi)

2. kahjustus, mis on põhjustatud toote transpordist,põrutusest,kukkumisest peale toote ostmist.

3. ei esita tõendavat dokumenti,ostutsekki.
