Extended Warranty Terms
1. If you have used the product for its intended purpose (in accordance with the instructions for use, installation and maintenance included with the product), but despite this, the product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the extended warranty period, this product will either be repaired or replaced a new product with similar technical parameters, the price of which does not exceed the price of the replaced product (the price on the sales receipt). To do this, the client must either send a request to e-mail (info@komfort24.ee), or bring/send the defective product and the document on the purchase of an additional guarantee to the KOMFORT store (Narva, Energia 2) before the end of the additional warranty period.
2. In the following cases, the additional warranty does not apply, and the buyer must pay all related costs (repair, error detection, diagnostics), even if the defect manifests itself during the additional warranty period:
2.1 any defect or damage caused by misuse of the product
2.2 any defect or damage caused by self-repair, modification, cleaning, etc. goods by the buyer
2.3 any defects or damage caused by transportation, bumps and drops of the goods after the purchase of the goods;
2.4 any defect or damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, other acts of God, vandalism, pollution, water leakage or unstable power supply
2.5 any defect or damage caused by careless or improper storage of the goods (storage at too high or low temperature, or in a place with high humidity, which leads to deterioration of the goods);
2.6 any defect or damage caused by the use of discharged batteries, accumulators, etc.; (for example: a battery that has failed due to untimely or incorrect charging is not subject to replacement under warranty)
2.7 any defects or damage caused by water, sand, dust, dirt, etc. entering the body of the product, which interfere with the operation of the product;
2.8 if the document certifying the additional guarantee is not presented together with the goods, the sales receipt;
2.9 if changes have been made to the additional warranty document regarding the purchase and other data, or if the document is damaged to such an extent that it is impossible to read the above data from it;
2.10 parts of the product that may wear out during operation (buttons, remote controls, wires, seals, filters, batteries, etc.) and accessories included in the product kit (cases, belts, cases, etc.) not covered by additional warranty;
2.11 costs associated with maintenance (cleaning of the product, etc.);
2.12 on LED luminaires that emit a faint glow in the off state;
3. the additional warranty is valid only if the purchase receipt issued by UÜ Mondliht is correct, has the date of purchase and the product, the serial number indicated on the receipt matches the serial number of the product;
4. UÜ Mondliht is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages/costs due to a defective product or other accessories, such as damages/costs in connection with transporting the product for repair. In addition, transportation and other costs associated with the repair or replacement of the product (dismantling and additional installation of the product) are not covered;
5. If the product needs to be repaired during the extended warranty period, the product must be taken to our store and the final decision regarding the defect, whether it be a manufacturing defect or user error, will be made by our workshop;
6. Examination costs are covered once in each case. If the conclusion of the examination does not satisfy the customer or a new conclusion of the examination is requested, the customer is obliged to produce a new conclusion of the examination at his own expense;
7. For questions/problems arising in connection with additional warranty service, please contact the sales staff of the KOMFORT store or write to info@komfort24.ee;
8. we also offer an extended warranty for legal entities if the product is used in domestic conditions;
8.1 If the examination establishes that the product for which the extended warranty was purchased was used more intensively than normal household use (more than 8 hours a day), the extended warranty becomes invalid and the buyer must bear all costs associated with transportation, examination, etc.;
9. all disputes related to the terms of the additional guarantee are resolved through negotiations or a fair compromise of both parties (according to the contract);
10 UÜ Mondliht reserves the right to refuse to sell additional warranty service for certain products. Information can be obtained by e-mail info@komfort24.ee.
