For an individual person, the standard warranty period is 2 years. The optional warranty allows you to add 1 or 2 years (depending on the product) to the normal two-year warranty in addition to the two-year claim period.
If the consumer claims within the first 6 months from the date of purchase, the seller must organize and pay for the cause of the breakdown, and later the guilty party. Under the additional guarantee, this obligation is assumed by the KOMFORT store - from the first day until the end of the extended guarantee.
If the failure of the product is due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it for the duration of the extended warranty.
If the broken product cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new one. If an identical product is no longer on sale, the store reserves the right to choose a replacement product that is similar in function and characteristics.
The standard warranty for a legal entity is 6 months. When making a purchase for a legal entity, you can use the extended warranty service only if the product will be used in a domestic environment. See detailed information: Extended Warranty Terms
